Who is eligible to use your site?

Anyone that is 19 years of age or older may use our site.

What are accepted forms of identification?

We accept government-issued identification, such as driver’s license, passport etc

Is it safe to order magic mushrooms and mushroom products online?

Its very safe! The packages are covered by the CanadaPost Corporation Act which states that law enforcement may not seize or interfere with the delivery of your mail, unless it’s considered a threat to national security. With our experience shipping thousands of orders, there has never been a single incident of our customers getting into trouble with the law for buying mushroom products online

I sent payment and proof of age. Whats next?

Please allow some time for us to receive payment and prepare your order. You will receive a tracking number to the email provided once your order is shipped. Usually within one business day.

I didn’t receive an email.

Frequently our emails go to spam. Please check there and please add us to your safe sender list so you are sure to receive messages regarding your package. If you don’t know how to do that please do a websearch for “how to whitelist emails on

(your service provider…gmail, yahoo etc.)

I made a mistake on my order can I change something?

We can help you make certain changes to your order up until the point that it is shipped.

I'm new to this. What I should buy?

We know there are a lot of choices and it can be a little daunting.

What payment methods do you accept

We currently accept payment by e-Transfer and cryptocurrency.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within Canada and the US.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge $20 per order Canada wide. Orders over $129 receive free shipping.All orders ship Express Post.

When will my order be shipped?

We generally send orders made by 2pm(PST) out same day and all other orders next business day.

How long will my package take to arrive?

We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost. Typically this means 1 day for Western Canada and major cities. 1-3 days for other locations.

**Please keep in mind there could be delays at busy times or due to circumstances out of our control ie: Covid.

How do you package items?

All products are carefully packaged in smell-proof containers. We post in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of contents.

Can you have the delivery person call me when it arrives?

No, we can not make any specific requests to Canada Post. Your items will arrive just like any mail. Please ensure that the mail person has access to your mailbox.

I didn’t give you my unit number and so didn’t receive my package?

As per our shipping policy if you do not provide the full and correct address we will not be able to assist you with a lost or returned package.If you live in a building you must provide your unit number.

Its been X amount of days and I still haven’t received my package.

As Canada Post doesn’t guarantee delivery times, we can’t be certain your items will arrive within the typical estimated arrival times. Please be patient as sometimes there are delays. If you believe your package is missing please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Do you offer local pick up?

Sorry everything goes through the mail.But if your local that means you’ll see it real soon.

Points

How do POINTS work?

Points rewards you with points for each purchase equivalent to 2% back.

Earning Points: Each dollar spent gets you 2 points.

Redeeming Points: Every 100 points redeemed discounts $1 off your order total.

You must have an account and be signed in to collect points.
